3. Service Booking

- Accept service quotations
3.2 Client Responsibilities

- Safe site access for our pickup team

5. Pricing and Payment

5.2 Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment for scheduled services
- Balance payable upon service completion
- Corporate accounts: Net 15 days payment terms
- Late payment fees may apply
6. Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Full refund with proper notice
- Rescheduling available at no extra cost
- No-show may result in advance forfeiture
